Went in to get a part for a zero turn, the little bearded guy at the parts computer said well I going to have to look it up on the computer are you sure you don't have the number, no one in line. Turned around and said, sorry don't want you to have to look something up. Will never enter their business again. What a joke

      Don't buy from Boone.
On June 7, 2023 Boone service told me it would be 8 weeks until my Boomer 40 with 86 hours could be evaluated for a clutch issue.
Today September 5, 2023, I stopped at the dealership and was advised it would be 8 weeks before my tractor could be taken to the shop.
I was also told by 2 people the repairs may be covered, depending on what is observed, by warranty that runs 6 years on the powertrain and another said the warranty was just 2 years, so no chance repairs are covered.
The service writer I spoke with 3 months ago tried to blame this fiasco on an employee who is no longer there although he was the person I dealt with.
The Boone service personnel are totally disorganized, lie or are ignorant about warranty information and are generally abusive to customers. If you buy from Boone don't expect to have them to service your equipment.
