    Service goes out seems like at least once a month had no service 6/26/24 most of the day in *********** Ky it occurs often and never have a monthly charge to be reduce for no service or reason why service is down

    This company is horrible. My internet has been messed up for 2 years. They finally upgraded the equipment so we actually had internet at peak times, but they still haven’t fixed the internet from dropping out several times a day. The are also very rude, and blame you if your internet goes down. They say it must be your router. I’ve had at least 50 tickets for down internet and never got a dollar off my bill. This company is nothing more than scam artists. Charging for a service the can or won’t provide.

    Started service in October of 2023. During the procurement process I was verbally sold certain expectations on down load and upload speeds. I have consistently experienced under half what I was told I should expect. After submitting multiple tickets and numerous calls I have been informed that all points "doesn't have to provide any level of service" and in fact they don't. I should have read the COS and their BBB review before signing up. All points is now canceling my service and charging me a $890.00 "early termination fee" without my approval, which they don't need according to their "supervisor". Bottom line all points is a terrible company that will not be servicing my area in the next few years as starlink has come to the area. All points is completely incapable of providing any level of professional service. I will be filing a consumer complaint with the hope the next individual looking for a provider will do more research than I did.

    Internet goes out almost every week. They came to my area proclaiming on high they have a solution to the dark ages of my rural location. Sadly this isn't the case. Why these companies beta test on our dime and our time is beyond me. It denotes failure on their part. Grab the cash now and provide tomorrow kind of mindset. Please fire the CEO and I promise it'll get better as these kind of things almost always lead back to the top. The installer was more than great so again this problem will lead us back to the leadership nine times out of ten. If you have another option by all means take it. Sadly my Podunk area is stuck with them. You have been warned, run,run hard and run fast far away from them.

    Unreliable internet and numerous customer services calls (some have hung up on us when we try to explain that we have already done those steps) all asking us to do the same things that haven't worked repeatedly. Service has significantly degraded since replacing the equipment located on our neighbors house. We have asked several times to have someone come out, as we have two drops and both are not working. We have changed the radio frequency more times than I care to count. Its just awful as we depend on the internet for our work.
