    We recently established an account with Click2Mail, intending to move most of our certified mailing output to this platform. Unfortunately on our initial mail-out we were very disappointed with the service. Like most web-to-mail services, the Click2Mail system autmatically generates a PDF proof of all the documents to be included in your mail-out. You have to approve the proof to complete a job order. For certified mail, the proof includes a cover page with the certified barcode, tracking number, and recipient and return addresses. The flaw in the Click2Mail application is that the certified mail tracking number shown on the proof document is NOT the tracking number that is actually printed on your mail-out. Therefore, if you rely on the accuracy of the "proof," as we did, and list that tracking number on your letter, your mail-out will get a completely different tracking number and render your letter innaccurate. I contacted Click2Mail customer service via e-mail several times about this, but they refused to re-mail the documents. Additionally, our requests for refund of the flawed mail-out were ignored.
