I submit this review for a refund, an apology and a proper resolution from this business! On Monday, March 25th 2024 around 5:50pm I placed an online order to Edible Arrangements at 1640 King ****** (Store 505) for a "Simply Edible Bouquet - Petite" ($39.99-Fruit Arrangement, + $9.99-Delivery Charge + $2.40-Sales Tax) = Total Cost of $52.38. At 6:10 pm the same evening, I received a phone call from a female store employee stating that the store closed at 6pm, and that they would prepare my order for delivery on Tuesday the 26. On Tues 3/26/2024 at 6:52 PM, I received an email from the store stating that my order had been "successfully delivered"? Since my Girlfriend DID NOT reach out to me regarding the delivery, I texted her to confirm the delivery on Wednesday, March 27th, according to her, NO DELIVERY! So, on Friday March 29th, I called the store, Female employee informed me that her driver was out on deliveries, and that she would converse with him and call me back. (I never heard back from her, and I later received a text at 3:15pm from the VERY RUDE OWNER, stating that he "promised" that he did make the delivery?) He texted me a picture of a Edible product in the opened doorway of a property. In the photo, appeared to be a non-African American arm and leg. So I reached out to my girlfriend to verify the delivery, she confirmed "again", that she had NOT received my Edible Delivery on behalf of her father's passing (death). Once the owner texted me, I called him directly to see if by chance we could further discuss or review to see if the delivery was taken by mistake to the incorrect address? At this time, the owner becomes very RUDE, DISREPECTFUL and flat our UNCONCERNED about my feelings, disappointment or concern, Based on this direct phone interaction, I begin to do some research. WOW, OMG, SAY WHAT *********************************************************************************************************************************** With a 2 star rating, how can this place still be in business?
