- We accept returns on products for a refund minus a flat-rate return fee, within 30 days of delivery. We offer refunds on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and store credit after 30 days. Please notify us of lost or damaged shipments within five (5) days to be eligible for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unwashed, unused and in its original packaging.
Please contact us if you'd like to make a gift return, or have any questions or concerns regarding a return you’d like to make.
If you receive an item that's defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'd be happy to send you a replacement—but we're otherwise unable to offer an exchange. Instead, we'd be happy to process a return for you. You'll then be able to place a new order for the product you'd prefer. - Business Categories
