    This company is/was owned and operated by *** *********. First and foremost, I hope *** is okay.. I began using the company in about 2013 after someone hacked into my computer. From then to early 2024, *** was great. Very responsive and patient. Almost all of the work has been remote but I have trusted him completely. Beginning a few months ago I realized that his responses were slow - emails, texts and phone calls going unanswered for days. Last month he told me that he needed to change careers. And that was the end of it. Although I had paid him the quarterly contract fee in good faith and that should have run an additional two months, I never heard from him again. I asked for a refund. I asked for assistance. Nothing. Like I said, I sure hope he is okay.
