"Our property just transferred over to this company where we use to pay through HOA never have we ever received a bill over $300 for 1 month these are new construction homes just built nothing has change in our routine or anything this company definitely have to be investigated because these bill are extremely expensive for one month! "My daughter and I live at Drings Reach, the property remodel units , my apartment was not included in the remodeling of the units, I was told that my unit, was not included in the budget even tho I needed work done to my apartment, we have lived since 2001. Last year 2023 they started charging us for water, the bill comes from Studebaker,my concern is my daughter leaves for work at 7:15 am returning home around 6:00 pm, I come in, in the morning about 8am, sleep half a day, yet I am home along, we wash clothes once a week, we don't do much cooking at all." ...
