    Job not completed, poor quality of work. Siding not secured properly and fell off front of house.
    Nails holding up siding through weep holes.
    Trim work not completed.

    We really apologize for the delay and lack of communication. You are on our list to get taken care of. We got covered up by the storm with people that were affected. We have a punch list and details of everything that needs to be taken care. We will send out a different crew if that means speeding up the process so you don't have to wait longer than needed. Again we apologize you felt the need to take this avenue to having your issue resolved.

    I CONTRACTED WITH J&S ON 4/4/2022 TO REPLACE GUTTERING ON MY HOME - SPECIFIC ISSUES WITH THIS CONTRACTOR:
    - CONTRACTOR PROMISED TO COMPLETE WORK NLT 6/1/22 - WORK COMPLETED ON 11/23/22 - WRITTEN CONTRACT DID NOT INCLUDE A COMPLETION DATE, IN VIOLATION OF VA CONTRACTOR LICENSING BOARDREQUIREMENTS
    - WRITTEN CONDITION IN CONTRACT TO INSTALL NEW GUTTERING WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER REMOVAL OF EXISTING GUTTERING - ACTUAL PERIOD BETWEEN REMOVAL AND NEW INSTALL WAS 12 WEEKS, RESULTING IN CEILING WATER DAMAGE
    - CONTRACTOR FAILED TO RETURN NUMEROUS INQUIRIES, PHONE CALLS OVER THE PERIOD BETWEEN 4/4 AND 9/15/2022 - ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT MADE BY J&S TO CONTACT OR RETURN MY INQUIRIES, COMMUNICATE ON JOB STATUS OR PROVIDE EXPLANATION FOR DELAY
    - WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR COMPLETION ONLY AFTER LEGAL ACTION THREATENED

    I understand your frustration on how long it took to get you project completed. However, we had a few difficulties with work force but we did fix it. That is why we also gave you free gutter on your garage as well. Thank you for your business and glad we were able to take care you!
