    Nancy has poor communication, service, and standards. I would never use her or recommend her to others.

    Client had to cancel wedding due to hurricane Helene storms in our area. Client did not accept offers to make food or desserts in exchange for the amount of the cake, on another trip up to the area like I’ve done with others that have had to cancell due to no fault of their own.
    Its also not my fault the storm flooded her venue, as I cannot control the weather.
    Client lacks an understanding of my business, and the bookings I lost due to taking hers, this is why we not only get a 50% deposit but require the balance a month prior, that is non-refundable. The client can pay in advance if they would like to, which she decided to do.
    If she finds me such a bad person, should’ve booked elsewhere, but this did not come up until she wanted a full refund.
    I had sent a partial check, that was lost in the mail, she said she didn't receive.
    I was planning on sending another after i heard back from the post office, which takes quite a while.
