  I order their product with the advertised price of $ ***** per bottle, if you bought two bottles you got two free. I expected a charge of $109.90. I put the charge on my debit card (my first mistake) and I went on my acct and saw a charge of $ ****** to a company called Scholar Stationery. I immediately contacted my bank and the charge was removed. I immediately, within 30 minutes, contacted Keto Max Labs and tried to cancel the order. They said it had already been processed and out for delivery. I was told that I could return the product and would be charged a $ ***** restocking fee. I returned the product in an unopened package back on January 2, 2025 return receipt requested. It was delivered, according to the tracking number on January 6, 2025, and hand delivered. I don't have the receipt as yet and I don't have a refund yet. I have contacted the company by email weekly with no promise of a refund. I have contacted the *** and filed a report of fraud. All I keep getting is they have tried unsuccessfully to put the money back to my account, but are having trouble doing so. My bank says that's not true. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE COMMERCIALS ON TV WITH ***** ********. THE ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

  This place is a scam. They lie and send the wrong product usually something that is a lot cheaper on ******. Went through their crazy return process and made the deadline as I *** two day to get it there in time for their return policies. Was told I would get hit with a restocking fee and I yet to receive a refund and probably won't as it is two months later.

  This company had a false advertisement on ********.. I checked into it and before I knew it I was Scammed out of ****** cents.I called them when I got an email from them saying that my order was on the way.. they said it was too late that the order had already been processed.. then when I got the product I was going to return it but they wouldnt give me a return label. Then they sent me another one charging me another ****** cents

  Charged my credit card for ******************************************************************************************************* as a fraud alert service. Yet somehow the charge went through. Deceptive advertising.

  Ive been calling Keto MaxLabs for days. No one picks up the phone not *****. Shes always away from her desk not the operator. The operator is always away from her desk. Then I went and looked for other numbers. No one picks up. They sent me two bottles of keto gummys for $149 with the economy the way it is these days Ive rather stay fat, I want I keep telling them I want my money back. I want return label to send them back. No one no one contacts you think twice before you order from this company and then theres one number you call and its not even in service.
