    Start to finish everyone was great. The salesperson gave a thorough demo. Scheduling was easy. The install people were polite, cleaned up after they were done, and gave me good instructions. Havent had any issues at all with the system. Many neighbors ask about it. Trimlight has been very good to deal with. Ive recommended them to many people. Support doesnt end at install. Theyre willing to answer questions about setting up custom patterns, etc. in the app. Great company to deal with.

    I live in the ************** and wanted a quote to have trimlights installed. I sent them a marked up picture of the front of my house to a *********************** of Trimlight I got a quote of almost $4,000. Also included with my quote was my marked up picture I sent them, but i noticed more lights added. I contacted the vendor and told him i do not want lights installed on the side of my house and please do not add any more lights, so i sent a second picture. He told me they wont do the job, because it was not representing of the type of work of trimlight. I was totally insulted by his we can live without ****** i never heard Back from ***********************. I would never do business with this guy!

    I placed an enquiry on Niv 11 and have given the advance when they said they will put up the lights earlier if I immediately pay advance than Nov 30 which was earlier schedule. Today is Nov 30, I have paid advance, no one came earlier than schedule date because I paid advance and they have not sent any confirmation yet of they coming today and at what time as reminder. I am heck worried reading review of *****, I will keep updated on how it goes.. If they do the work in time I will improve the star rating and review which will help others.
