    Property Manager ***************** never does her job, never follows through with maintenance request, always trying to find more ways to charge residents extra fees, and hires unqualified people from around the complex to cover her duties. The apartments are not well maintained and you are charged extra fees to cover the maintenance issues of the complex the company should be paying. There are so many hidden fees they keep adding to and charge a service fee for every payment. Rent gauge if there is no lease or if your lease expires. Make up charges and do not include your full deposit back so it looks like you owe them money instead of them giving the deposit back.

    We appreciate you taking time to share your thoughts and are saddened to hear that your experience as a resident was less than expected. We are confident in our on-site Team and their abilities to operate this community within all legal bounds. We utilize a lease agreement that is supported by all ****************** within the *************. There are no fees and/or charges assessed to any resident, current or former, that are not both legal and also supported by this lease agreement. We hope that persons who rent from our community and sign the lease agreement, have a thorough understanding of the obligations that they have commited to and that we have provided ample resources for understanding such. We take all suggestions seriously and will continue to strive for exceptional service.
