    They are over priced and the manager has a huge attitude problem. They sent me to collections on a bedroom set that I was never billed for and I had for a promotional period. **** is just angry he lost business to his competitor

    Horrible just horrible customer service. Manager is horrible just like her attitude. Girl wanna text like a smart a** and of course works from home. I should've listened when I was told to not lease with them but you live and you learn. I've worked customer service for 5+ years and know how things work. Here to say dont lease with EZ FURNITURE SALES & LEASING

    I got a text reminder to pay my bill, needed to make arrangements because my card was turned off due to fraud charges. I dont bank in this state. The lady on the other end gave me a list of questions as to why didnt I have family or friends. Why I couldnt just walk into a bank here. Why did I go from needing Monday to Wednesday acting like I was being unreasonable. I didnt know the contract came with very unprofessional employees. I sent a text to the number that sent me the reminder. My text: I tried to call and unfortunately got no resolution. I will have it to you on or before Wednesday. I don't mind the late fees I'm doing all I can. My new card has been shipped I'm just waiting for its arrival. I bank through turbo and they froze and cancelled my card on what they thought were fraud charges. Please and thank you I'll even make a double payment for the hassle. His response: You will need to make a 3 day payment to get you to this weekend and we will wait for the rest. That will be $13.69. We do not tolerate the disrespectful way you treated our employees. If you do not want to work with us we will go ahead and get you on the schedule for pick up. I took so much c*** for not having people to help me, not being able to pay today because I am having a card issue and I still somehow to someone I didnt even speak to was in the wrong. I not once raised my voice. Not once said one rude word. I simply ended the phone call as I wasnt making any headway with the lady on the phone. Ive been making payments with them for 2 years and this isnt even my first issue. My first was buying 2 items for my daughter and her not being interested in it and me taking them back but because I didnt pay enough they said Id be getting a call and would have to pay more legally. Even though the contract says if you dont like return anytime no problem. Customers are small and inconvenient unless theyre there to pay or make a new contract. I hope this changes. Humans matter
