    This company is fantastic! I have tried four different companies to clean my short term rental and they were all disappointing. I had frequent complaints from guests. Since I switched to Clean Home Happy Home 3+ months ago, I havent had a single complaint. They do a great job with cleaning and with laundry. They even do surprise quality checks by supervisors.I see they received negative reviews in the past, but they seem to have fixed their problems! I highly recommend them!

    Very happy w/service. Two people worked hard and checked with me when they had questions. Bathrooms and floors are especially clean. Will use them again! Easy to schedule. Good contact with the company through texts.

    Normally Im not one to leave a negative review. I truly wanted to be happy with my cleaning experience. My husband and I moved out of our home and have been transitioning it into a rental. Between moving, kids and work I really needed the support in cleaning. The move-out cleaning list that was sent to me was seemingly perfect, just the cleaning I needed to truly bring the place back to life for someone else. When we went to check on the place after they had finished we noticed a lot of what was listed on that list was over looked. Base boards were still dirty, cobwebs were over doors and in corners of walls, the base of the toilet was uncleaned, behind the fridge and stove were left a mess, not all walls and doors were cleaned, and tops of selves were also left uncleaned even inside drawers and cabinets! I was baffled. I reached out to them with photos of the unfinished work. They had someone come out the next day to fix these issues. I explained what I saw that was unfinished and the girl agreed that she would help to finish all that was undone. Still when I went to check on the house again all the shelves were left uncleaned. I couldnt believe it. Its embarrassing to have someone come out a 3rd time so I will be finishing the work myself. Truly a disappointing experience. For what I was charged I thought I was getting professionals. I would recommend a different cleaning service.
