    Many mistakes throughout. I will list some of the larger mistakes. *Internet line was never installed from the road to the house until after completion, so home had to be torn apart.*Deck was not angled enough for water run off per code, so could not do our solid deck finish and therefore had to tear out all our electrical under the deck with lighting and ceiling fan and just to trex.*Dryer vent was buried by the outside rock. Dryer repair man that we hired caught that.*The wrong shingle was installed on our roof. *We have been in the home for a year and a half now and they still have not reinstalled the railing. Not having a railing there is against code. In addition, there is still a large and heavy chunk of concrete left in my front yard.*Finish work was very poor it was torn out.. *They pushed all my top soil from my back yard to level and fill the neighbors back yard. They built that home as well. I mentioned this concern to themwho never addressed it, so I paid for multiple dump truck loads of soil myself. *The concrete pad on the south side for the outdoor HAVC unit and the slab on the north side for garbage cans has sunk substantially and even cracked. I made multiple warranty claims within the first year regarding this before they finally said they will not address it.*All my concrete around the house including the large driveway is completely chipped up, and they said they would not cover that. My driveway looks worse that my parents 65 year old home driveway.The frustrating thing is the General Contractor or ******* never caught any of these issues. Very poor oversight and supervision of subcontractors. Lastly, communication with this General Contractor is extremely bad. Calls, texts, and emails are either not returned or returned after multiple follow **** Communication, oversight, and backing up products and labor are the vital services I will be looking for in my next builder.
