    Here are the facts. -I needed a one day job done before July 31 -hired to do job June 30 and contract in place. -I prepaid a deposit of $3500 via check -he bought materials and dropped off July 5 -gave me the run around for a Month. -over 7 promises broken to be at the job and complete work. -Called 2 days before deadline and said he cannot complete work. - I said I need a refund. He will not return deposit and told me to “F off” and take him to court. THIS IS A SCHEME. He buys materials, takes deposits and sells or return material and keeps deposit. I am currently suing him in small claims for the money. Do not waste your time or effort on this man or business. He is unethical. Hoping to help others not have the same experience
