    Envirgouard of Amarillo performed a pest control service on the outside of the perimeter of my home. They did not complete the service by performing the service on the interior. The charge discussed was $50.00 Since they have not completed the interior service, they have continued to invoice me for a fraudulent amount of $312.00 I have turned this issue over to the ***************************** and the ************************

    The customer's home was treated on 3 separate occasions. At two of those appointments, our Service Professionals were told that someone in the house had COVID-19 and that the inside should not be treated because of the presence of the virus. At one of the appointments, the customer was not home, therefore the interior was not able to be treated. Prior to our customers services', our customers receive a notification of their upcoming appointment 3 days before their appointment date and again 1 day before their appointment date. Those reminders state that the interior can be treated at no additional cost should the customer request it. If it is not requested, the exterior only is treated. If the interior is not treated at an appointment, it does not void the service as incomplete, as outlined in the Service Agreement signed by this customer. Of the 3 services completed, only 2 have been paid for. Additionally, the customer agreed to receive 6 services over the course of 12 months. The customer canceled these services prior to the completion of their signed service agreement, which resulted in the initial discount they received being applied as a fee. All of this is outlined in the service agreement the customer signed and agreed to.We are happy to move forward with services and coordinate the best days or times to schedule all future services for this customer to ensure that the interior is treated at each service if that is something that they desire. Before we can schedule any more appointments, the previous services must be paid in full. We would be happy to discuss payment arrangements or answer any other questions this customer may have regarding their account.

    Do NOT let these scammers into your home. They lied & stated my builder had stirred up a nest of brown recluse at the end of my block where new houses were still being constructed. I was shown a map indicating my neighbors, 2 doors down, had a very young daughter whod been bitten by a brown recluse & was in the hospital. I hadnt met said neighbors yet & didnt know this was on out & out lie as they dont even have a daughter! Nor do any of the few neighbors to the East of my home. (Which is what the map I was shown, indicated. I have asked multiple times to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY, IN WRITING. EnviroGuard REFUSES to do so. Theyre now back -charging me because they refuse to cancel. EnviroGuard states I signed a contract? The only thing I signed was on the phone of the girl who initially rang my doorbell, & I was told that was the release for the tech to spray. I can clearly see that my experience aligns with the experience of others, per the complaints for this unethical & predatory business. BEWARE!!!!!
