    I was promised so much in help with tax planning and if it was worth converting of my company from ****** from *********I provided all the information they requested. Confidential information. And then silence for 30 days. Then when I asked for an update after 30 days then had no idea what I was talking about. Like the email thread did not exist.

    ****** is not a client of our firm. She was a lead our sales *** talked to. There appeared to be some miscommunication where our sales *** left a message after an initial call and she apparently expected to be communicated with by email, which we didn't know. She did provide copies of tax returns, which is typical during the sales process so that we can review her situation and recommend services. We did not take money from Ms. ******* or enter into a client agreement, and we have strict controls for safeguarding confidential information, as all accounting firms must.

    I have been working with Easier Accounting since I started my business and *********************** is amazing. She is always there to answer all my questions and give me and my company all the help we need. I am so thankful to have them in my corner they take all the accounting stress out of my business so I can spend that time focused on running and building my business.
