      I wouldn't even give these people a 1-star rating after the last experience I had with them, but it was the only way I could leave a review. I bought a used car from them for my wife. They charge you $1500 dealer prep which supposedly means they go through it and make sure that everything is sound. Two days after purchase my wife breaks down on the freeway. This happened on a Sunday, so I had to have AAA tow back to my house. I call the salesman on Monday, and I get his voicemail. I called like 3 times; he has somebody else call me and tells me that because it's a *** i need to take it to them. So, I have it towed to them and end up paying $2300 to get everything fixed that needed to be done. The Manager at *** St. ****** service was very nice and told me that they should have caught all of these problems at Stephen **** ****** when they do the dealer prep. He pointed out several other issues that need to be done and I get it all done and he tells me that the car had been in a wreck and the front bumper was glued on. This has been the worst experience I have ever been through buying a car. I would not go back to these jerks if they were the last place in the world to buy a car.

      If I could give no stars I would. This company is on the business of taking people's money and then blaming them for the outcome. The ONLY reason we bought something was because we personally knew someone there. Boy was that a mistake. We bought our used truck and not even 2 months later started having engine problems. Yes our fault for not buying an extended warranty. We didn't buy the extended warranty because they don't tell you that you pay thousands of dollars for that plus have to pay $100 when you take your vehicle to be looked at and then fight to have them fix anything. It happened on a prior purchase so we knew not to do it this time. We recently went through a hardship and needed to get back on our feet so we trusted them. Before we started having problems my 18 yr old went and bought a car from them also. Because again we thought we would be taken care of since we knew them. My truck starts having engine problems and then his car starts having problems not even 30 days after buying it. He's had to put a new alternator and battery in his car. Still not sure it's fixed. We put $7000 down on our truck (all the money we had) and he put $4100 down on his car (all the money he had). Now we're scraping by trying to get issues fixed with no response from them. I've called and left messages. Even told them to just help my son I'll deal with my mistake. The only response I've heard through a source was they should've bought the extended warranty. I've talked to 2 other people who bought cars in the last 1-2 months that are all having major issues. We have vehicles we can't drive for days and have no response from Stephen ****. Absolutely disgusted with this company! Do not ever buy from them. I learned from my mistake but to have my son upset because he can't get to work in the morning due to a car that won't start and then he's putting out more money to get it fixed.

      Absolute scam. They force you into a warranty, claim its free of charge, and it ends up being an additional several thousand dollars. Inappropriate comments made, and clearly egotistical staff that give the impression that you are wasting their time. The salesmen claimed he wasnt the typical sleazy car dealer and that he was completely transparent. They also disregarded the listed price on their website, and added several thousand while ONLY giving you that price if you finance with them and their horrendous interest rates. Buying a vehicle is a very large financial decision, and thus it takes time and lots of consideration when making that purchase. The sales rep also discouraged us from reading the paperwork, and urged us to finish as the dealership was closing soon, which was a lie as the dealership still had several hours until it closed. Overall, total manipulation, disrespect, and unprofessionalism.

      I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ********************************** in ****************, **, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing encounters I've ever had with a car dealership. From start to finish, my entire experience was marred by incompetence, poor customer service, and a complete lack of professionalism.To make matters worse, the negotiation process was an absolute nightmare. The sales staff at ****************************************** engaged in deceptive tactics. When I questioned unnecessary add-on charges they became defensive and dismissive, refusing to address my concerns or offer any reasonable solutions. In addition, our salesman assured us that our in transit vehicle deposit of $3,000 was fully refundable. However, in the negation process we were refused the return of our deposit and this certainly resulted in the pressure to buy in fear of losing our deposit.In conclusion, my experience with ****************************************** was nothing short of a nightmare. From the pushy sales tactics to complete lack of customer service, this dealership left me feeling frustrated, deceived, and completely dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from ********************************** to think twice and explore other options. There are countless other dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism, and ****************************** is simply not one of them. As far as I am concerned, *********************** sales personnel have put a stain on ******** trustworthy reputation. I will never buy another vehicle from *********************** dealerships. I will never buy another *******

      Worst car dealer on the plant, literally go anywhere else. I would take a plane to a different state before I drove 10 miles to them. If you like slimy salesmen and bait and switch tactics, this is the place for you.

STEPHEN **** WANTS OVER $10,000 OF THE ***** VALUE OF THE *** WE WANTED!!!!!!!!! ONCE ******/****** WHATEVER HIS NAME WAS WANTS TO MAKE IT RIGHT, HE'LL CALL ME!!!!!!

      I took my vehicle in for an oil change and front brakes to be done. Weeks into getting this done by them. I HAD to take my vehicle to another auto body shop. There I was told by them that they DID NOT TIGHTEN my bolts on my TIRES. They told me if I drove it a couple more miles all my tires would have literally came off my vehicle. I confronted them on what had happen. These people/company had the Audacity to put blame else where. They have not done anything or contact me on what they will do to resolve this MAJOR problem. My life was in their hands with my vehicle for they have been the only company/mechanics that has ever worked on my vehicle.
