We went Tropical bullfrog Spas and had a guy named ********************* help us. He seemed a little funny not explaining the spa very well to us, didnt know if its because Im not white or what. Anyways my wife and I paid in full for a bullfrog swim spa S150 around 33k. They showed up to our home with one unwrapped and used. There was hair, black marks on the neck rests, scuff marks all over the spa. The boxes were water damaged to where it may have been a floor model and they didnt use the cover or something and left it outside during the storms we had. It was full of water in the jets. Extremely dirty and wish I could load a video. ****** made every excuse possible that it was new. They said they cleaned it for two hours before bringing it to our home. Why would you clean something thats new? They made us feel sick. We made them send it back and were still waiting for a replacement and no one is keeping in touch with us not even ********************* who said he would along with the locations owner. Very dissatisfied with our experience at Tropical Bullfrog spas in ***************, **.

The Cheatwoods ordered a new S150 Bullfrog Spa in July. Shortly after we had an in-stock (brand new, wrapped, factory delivered in May) spa fall out of contract that we gave them first right to in leu of waiting the 6-8 weeks for a spa from the factory, to which they agreed. New spas come from the factory wrapped in a plastic UV protectant, foam, and cardboard. Due to this spa sitting on the lot for 5-6 weeks during some heavy desert rainstorms, rainwater had penetrated the Plastic UV protectant. Brand new spas are also shipped with the accessories (stairs, cover lifts, etc.) boxed inside the well. When the rainwater got in the tub the boxes of the accessories got wet and starting to deteriorate. Brand new Swim spas are always unwrapped here at the store due to the large amount of waste needed to be thrown away. We also take time to remove the tape used to secure jetpacks during shipping and to assure there is no damage, so it is a timely process. We unwrap right before delivery, so the acrylic is not exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period. This tub did take extra time to clean due to the deteriorated cardboard and rainwater. Which in no way affects the functionality of the spa as they are designed to have water in them and filter it. Also, every new spa is wet tested at the factory in the production line, which is why the jets had water in them. When the first spa was delivered, we had 2 techs on site, as always, to finish detailing the spa once sat down by the crane and in place. There was no opportunity as the first impression the Cheatwoods had was unfortunately not positive, leaving them convinced it was not a new spa. The Bullfrog SWIM spa S150 is brand new to the market and just released to the public in May. It is impossible for us to deliver a used S150 SWIM spa as they simply do not exist. A 2nd brand new S150 was ordered on 08/11. It was expedited by Bullfrog for this customer and shipped 09/06. We attempted to deliver on 09/15, but due to more rain, the lot the crane would have use to access the Cheatwoods yard was inaccessible. We have rescheduled a 3rd time for 9/21, weather permitting. We are deeply apologetic of the Cheatwoods perception of this experience and have been in communication with all updates. **** at Bullfrog handed the case to us to handle locally. I personally left 2 messages with ***** in the week following the first delivery attempt as I was sick thinking a customer thought we would take them a used spa. This has been a very unfortunate situation and we are looking forward to a resolution when their new (unwrapped) spa is delivered this Wednesday.
