    Absolutely the worst company ever. Not only do they lie they accuse their renters of lying they over the phone then when they realize you didnt lie they send a cowardly text! This company has messed up numerous times that cost me HOA fines because when they separated from cedar city rpm they forgot to update their clients emails to the southern location. I Had approval from my first landlord/owner in text that I could have a satellite for internet and had it for 2 years until HOA sent a email to remove it but since their lack of communication between locations those emails or Hoa letters were never brought to my attention until it reached $1100 dollars. They knew they messed up and tried to act like they fought hard to get the fees dismissed knowing that it was 100% their fault. It was certainly not my fault that they failed to communicate it with me their tenant they tried telling me thar I needed to reach out to the owner who I have no idea who he even is and they also wouldnt give me his info.! Then they want to charge you to replace toilets that are outdated and no longer manufactured nor are replacement parts to be able to use the toilets. They want to charge you for cabinet specialists to come put in shelf plastic shelf peg in your cupboard that broke instead of just giving you new clips or telling you where you can buy them since they are off in size . They have no compassion when my storage unit was robbed their only concern was replacing the hardware instead of asking if you are ok. Rent is also due on the 1st late after the 5th but they are closed Saturday Sunday so if it falls on the weekend you cant hand them the check first thing on Monday without late fees. They will call you a liar about when you dropped off your check until you have them pull cameras then they deny that they did in text instead of personally over the phone. They are shady and have no compassion or tact when dealing with tenants. Do not rent from this company!
