      Ordered 5 th of July keep getting excuses of ladder is in wrong warehouse.Then on the 26 th.of July was told not going to ship my *26 little giant extreme a $570. Ladder till after Aug. 14 th. Because there out of boxes for the * 26 . company has great logistics. Not!

      We are very sorry for the delay on this order. We were able to get the boxes in stock quicker than expected and the ladder shipped on 7/27/2023. We are also refunding the shipping costs due to the delays.

      Rip off. Rungs bent in less than 40 days. Won't warranty. Claim it's cause by not stepping on rung flat footed. Their fix is a replacement rung for $254.00 plus shipping and tax.

      This case was escalated to management by the agent that took care of the claim. After review, with engineering, we approved the warranty claim and will be replacing the entire inner section of the ladder. Just to be clear, the $254.00 was for the entire inner section, not just one rung.
