Got a stage 2 clutch kit and tune got the run around when didnt receive parts. Finally got my parts and the tune was trash. Never had codes or faults up until I had the tune flashed reached out to the tuner he says he make it right said hed call me back with resolutions. Never called back wont answer my calls. Should have went with my Gut feeling and went with a company more reputable.

We are sorry you are experiencing problems. We run the same tunes for all machines and very rarely have an issue. Sometimes tunes can get distorted during the download process. We would need more info on exactly what is going on to help us determine if it is an issue with the tune. There could possibly be something outside of the tuning that may be going on. If you could email us at ************************************************ or call us at ************ so we can gather more information, we can send the info to our tuner and have him see what needs to be done to fix it, if it is something with the tune.

Bought a rebuilt engine Polaris 1000. Cost $5300 lasted 6miles. Took 4months too replace and cost me another $1100 for labor and shipping. Should have went with Factory engine.

Rev 6 is a company that works off of quantity not quality work. They brag on how many engines they can put out in a week. Customer service is not very prompt on anything And I believe it’s due to the fact that they are overrun with complaints. I will never use this company again for anything I need again. I’m on my third round with the product I had them build and still have not received anything that is worth the money I spent. Out of a five star rating I would give them a -5.

Thank you for the feedback ****. We're sorry that communication with you on what is happening behind the scenes to help you with your issues has not been good. We do apologize for that. Ours is a small business so we do try to get to everyone in a timely manner but there can be a few hiccups. Our warranty claims are running about 6% of the engines/transmissions we work on, so in comparing those numbers, our engines/transmissions mostly work out for our customers. We're sorry yours has been in the 6% that does not. It does appear that you have been in communication with our customer service group who have been able to start a warranty claim for you and have requested a full diagnostic of the issue when we receive your engine back. Please contact us if you have further concerns or questions.

i ordered a parts kit, the kit arrived short of an essential part, { however they did send TWICE the parts i requested } i called them and also sent them photos, they acknowledged the mistake. i became apprehensive when i found out the part i was shorted had yet to be built. They then told me if i wanted the part that i was shorted i would need to send back all the extra parts that they inadvertantly sent before they would proceed.Ive been in buisness 25 years with an impeccable reputation, doing business with major suppliers and encoraged them to reach out to some of them, they wouldnt budge.im standing solid, and will contact my bank on the premise "Why should they hold back my part that Ive paid for, because THEY made a shipping error" i truely would have returned their parts. Now i probably wont. Regardless Im fortunatly way ahead in this mess.

We have acknowledged with ******************** that the cylinder head which was part of the kit he ordered was incomplete. It does still need to have the valves, heads, and springs added. As ******************** stated, he did inadvertently receive two kits when he ordered one. The extra kit is a value of $1,770. We did ask for it to be returned as it was not purchased but if ******************** does not feel that a mistake in shipping an extra kit warrants a return, we will allow him to keep the kit at no extra cost to him. We are willing to complete the cylinder head by adding the missing parts. We have asked that ******************** ships back the cylinder head itself so we may complete it to make it a usable part that we will cover the cost for as we will email him a prepaid shipping label. We will then add the missing components and return it to ********************. ******************** is not out any additional funds for us to return a working part to him. We are willing to make this right for the customer by just having the cylinder head specifically returned for us to complete and we will ship it back completed to the customer.
