  Like the review below me, if it were possible give negative stars it would be a minus 5 to start with. The initial visit worked very well. I received the medication and it worked for about 1 month and then nothing. I tried to call their **************** and try to talk with ****. I tried for several days, but only goes to voice mail and not one call back. It is way over priced and it seems now that it is a scam to get money for very little. As old as I am now, I should have been more suspect about all the promises. I talked with the Pharmacy in ***** and they said that I had to get **** at the **************** noting so far. It looks like I will have to get my credit card to refund any money they charged me for.Great idea, but a fraud for what they do.It appears that they use a product called Trimix that does this and then charges me over the top pricing. Avoid this company like it is poison.

  If it were possible to give negative stars, I would be inclined to do so. Not only did this product/prescription cause me three separate visits to the hospital, one including necessary Surgical interference. Still resulting in permanent damage that will necessitate a prosthetic implant for regained usage. Upon attempting to Simply get a refund for the greater than $2,000 that I spent on the medication itself, I was like two, hung up on, misled, ignored, and upon finally relieving that I had a solution and was expecting a refund, the refund never came and they simply stopped talking to me. I find myself now forced to litigate against them to regain the money I put out so far. I will now seek recuperation for the cost of all three surgeries plus the surgeries yet to come along with pain and suffering. They would have been smart to Simply quietly and quickly refund my $2,000. Just trying to get in touch with a human being at this Clinic is an amazingly difficult feat. I finally after calling over and over and over again and never getting to anybody in **** where I am, I finally had to call each of their clinics finally getting in touch with somebody in ***** who gave me a phone number that I was able to use to get to a restricted line and speak to finally somebody in the office. This is after I made three actually four separate visits to the office 40 minutes from my home only to be avoided and lied to again.I would avoid this company like the plague.
