I have had this warranty since October of 2023. I had a couple issues they addressed them right away. But in June of 2024, we filed a claim for engine noises. It was determined after several weeks ( 6 weeks) that the engine needed to be replaced. The repair shop quoted a price for a new engine but the Alpha (Alpine) warranty group decided to put a used engine in it. They didnt even consider a Re manufactured engine ! The claim was filed on 6/18/2024. It was closed on 8/4/2024 (7 weeks). We have filed 2 claims since then on this used engine and they repaired them in a reasonable time, and its all going against my original warranty!! But I am now still having issues with this engine and gonna have to file another claim soon!Alpha Warranty Services, Inc.
