    When I called Pella back to reach the sales rep, the showroom # wouldnt connect, saying wrong Status, so I used their service #, trying to tech a sales rep. ** put me through to a series of people. Then I got a call back from the Mt. **** Rep, who proceeded to accuse me, fault me, and deny me a sales rep to quote my window and door needs. He wouldnt allow me to correct him, insisted that I already received a window quote, and along with others, copped attitude about my voicing my disappointment in there warranty for such high priced product for what they claim is of the upmost quality. Because I didnt agree with their lacking warranties they felt I somehow wasnt worthy to have them bid my products because they decided I couldnt possibly be happy with it. So, public be warned. if you want Pella products certainly dont feel safe, expressing any disappointments with them. They get irritated and bent out of shape, accuse and fault you. And then wont allow you to get a bid. Im still in such shock from their treatment

    ******* has been to our showroom for 3 hours, spent an hour on the phone with our showroom specialist, and has had an in-home consultation for another 2 hours. Each time we have spoken to *******, she has been given the same information. She was given a verbal estimate on our products which she said were overpriced for such a bad warranty,  and we needed to lower our prices or justify the cost. We explained to her the benefits of our product, including the warranty. She asked to see the warranties which we provided to her. She then told ** we needed to change our warranty and add things she felt should be covered, such as a baseball thrown through her window and acts of god for the price we were charging. After multiple hours with *******, we called her to let her know we could not accommodate her needs and that she would be best served going with another window and door company.
