  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I would give 0 stars if possible. I rented a townhouse from them for 5 years, not a single missed payment and was told during my move-out walk-through that my place was very clean and taken care of. They charged me for every little thing possible then told me I should feel lucky I wasnt charged the ridiculous $3600 lease buy-out fee. I moved out 2 months early!! After 5 years!! Just got my invoice where they charged me $300 for cleaning, $190 for wall repairs and $53 for LIGHTBULBS. Also charged me rent up to the day that the next people moved in. They make great money, thats for sure.Also, during my tenancy I was made to feel guilty for any repair I needed. So glad to be done with them!

  The absolute worst! Charged $350.00 to clean a decently cleaned home when moving out. I get $150 for small amounts of dust and sweeping the basement and that is being extremely generous. We are VERY tidy, quiet, and great neighbors. Also, blindsided me with moving out for no reason. I am a single mom and it was out of nowhere and I have kids in school. Very heartless. I wasnt late on rent so I dont know why they did this to me, just to put it right back up? One month when my child support was stuck in ORS, I was late. Just ONCE. And they charged me $500 in late fees for 7 days and me letting them know the situations $500!??? I left a ****** review and ONLY thendid ***** come talk to me to manipulate me to remove the review. She was all kind ONLY BC I left a review, NOT BC she cared or is generous. There are a few reviews that say she takes advantage by nickel and diming every piece of dust and that was SO accurate. She was on the ground searching for anything she could charge for. Also tried showing my place while I was still living there and paying for it. Some guy was shaking my door and arguing with me about how the owner needs it rented? Well hek, I was renting it! Blindsiding us, telling us to move, then making us stay until the end of the month when I found a place so I had to pay for 2 places.they gave me such whiplash.and I will not deal with such c*** It was so dirty when I moved in.and I left it in WAY better condition than when I got it. And $350? I shared pictures on ****** review. It was kept up very nice.

  M&M Properties Is the worst! When I moved as a tenant a lot of things were leaking or in disrepair. I sent them pictures of obvious mold issues. They did nothing for months when the condo underneath me reported mold problems and hired their own inspector. They told me to "Do not give access" and "There is no mold in your unit". My wife as asthma so after arguing with them a bit over obvious mold. They sent a contractor who did nothing but cut massive holes in the walls then left to never return. I assume as some sort of intimidation tactic. They do not care for their tenets, they do not keep their units in any state of repair and are very unlikely to respond to any kind of fix request. Their contracts are diabolical in design ensuring that you may not even request outside help if needed. If I can save one person from these slumlords the world will be a better place.
