- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee except in the case of an exchange. We cannot offer straight across exchanges. Please place an order for the new items and separately return the items you would like to exchange. Refunds will be made once the items are received back. If a re-order/exchange is placed, the restocking fee can be waived except in the case of a large qty of returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
