    Great Service and Communication with Minor Delays I recently worked with ********************** to purchase a piece of property, and overall, my experience was positive. Their website is user-friendly, and their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the process. They answered all my questions promptly and made the process straightforward.The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few minor delays in finalizing the paperwork. While these delays were communicated clearly and didnt cause major issues, its an area where theres room for improvement.That said, I was impressed with their transparency and willingness to address concerns. If youre looking for a quick and stress-free way to invest in land, I would recommend checking them out.

    Total waste of time!They send in an offer that was at least somewhat reasonable, although not quite what it should sell for!I was skeptical at first, but they had a good talk and explain theyre not trying to buy dirt cheap. Theyre just want to invest that they buy every week.then they call back and say they will give us 1/3 of what the letter in the mail stated Tried to go on to say that was a fair offer because thats what everything else is selling in the county similar.Asking price around 4x what their offer was With everything listed.We just bought other land and we looked in the two surrounding counties and the cheapest per acre. We could find $18,000 per acre. So ****** per acre should be very cheap, but their offer was 5000 per acre, lol.I cant believe anybody actually sell them that, maybe I need to start buying land Cant blame them for stealing people to let them get it for that price, but to mislead us with an offer thats three times higher than what theyre real offer would be, and wasting our time and effort I clearly told them not to waste my time if theyre trying to steal the land and give much lower than what in the mail stated!Putting this on here so everyone else can be aware that are not legit offers, and after looking at other online reviews, it looks like the few that they do and try to get for nothing dont go that well either
