      BEWARE!!!!!! Do NOT send them any money! You will not receive a response to refund requests. I submitted for a full refund twice on The Simple Citizen website as stated within their time frames for full refund - no email confirmations received that they obtained my refund request. Then I tried calling the phone number on their website, there is no formal company greeting (much less their company name) and states you have reached the office outside of usual office hours which I also found strange as I called on a Thursday mid-morning. You will be better off spending the money for an live flesh-in-blood immigration attorney than being dupped by a non-responsive "company" that claims they want to help vulnerable people. This is nothing but a scam in my opinion. I actually give them NO STARS!
