    Absolutely the worst customer service and product delivery. This company does NOT respond to telephone calls, or voice messages. Their email is non-functioning, bouncing back any and all emails sent regarding my current and any potential future orders. I am locked out of my online account and their procedures to unlock my account are broken.
    Given all the above, I now doubt the reliability of the emergency-bucket food contents. I do not want to open the buckets to check the contents and food, possibly destroying the viability of all its
    contents in an emergency.
    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

    Received my order but one of the items had a hole and spilled over all the other products. Promptly contacted the company for a replacement of the pouch but after several attempts emailing them they will not respond to my request. Horrible customer service will not be ordering from in the future and now I have to return a huge 30 day supply for one defective pouch.
