    I starting using coupons.com app June 1, 2023. Have received $39.09 in rebates from submitting accurate receipts. I opened the app yesterday and it said the infamous error code (****). After countless times to get a response on the app as to why my account is deactivated, here I am. The only thing an agent will list is refer to section (7H). Well I have referred to 7H and there is no reason for deactivation. One search on ****** will show you 100s of the same complaints Im listing here. Your account will be deactivated with no true reason or real response. Its disgusting that a company promotes fair practices but cannot uphold them themselves. Im still awaiting a real response as to why my account is closed.

    Used to work great. Starting Apr 2023, the company approved my coupon redemptions but never paid out. Customer rep is a robot keeps telling me my account is restricted. No actual reason was given.

    This is the second time in a over a month that my account has been deactivated without proper reasoning. I keep getting a message about suspicious activity. When I asked to be specific about this "suspicious activity", I will just get the same response. I feel like I am chatting with a computer and not a real life agent, because every question I would ask, I would get the exact same reply. But I cannot understand why deactivate my account shortly after I received my cash back. If I did something so wrong, then why would they give me my cash back? I used to like this company, but now I very well hate it.

    On their app, Coupons.com, my account was blocked and I do not know why. I looked online to see why it could be blocked and the only thing I can think of is that I had to resubmit by receipt since it said it needed attention because the date and time couldnt be seen. I couldnt find where I put my original receipt, so I clicked on the picture of my original submission and saw that the date and time could clearly be seen, so I screenshotted my original receipt submission and zoomed it in where the date and time could be easier seen. And after an hour or so, it said that the resubmission was approved and I was to be getting back $19 to my PayPal, then I realized that the $19 rebate was not in my cashapp so I tried to contact support via the app and I still havent gotten a reply yet. Now for the past few days Ive been getting an error with an error code, so I looked up the error code, and it says my account was deactivated, so I signed out of Coupons.com app and resigned in and it had changed showing that the resubmission receipt was now $0 instead of the $19 I was supposed to be getting back. So I clicked on that resubmission to see why and it said my account was blocked. If my account was in fact blocked, because I had resubmitted the receipt like the app had told me to do, I would like my account to be reinstated and I will be fine with not getting the $19 back in order to get my account reinstated.

    I summited a receipt for item son Sunday I brought 2 items and used one coupon and now my account is deactivated please give my account back I did nothing wrong . I am missing 5 dollars in my account!
