      Dear ****** ******* Director of Billing, Property Estimating Solutions I appreciate the apology in your email from Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 9:23 AM. However, I must express my ongoing frustration with Verisk. Since receiving your email, I have reached out to your company more than 15 times, yet I have not had the opportunity to speak with a live representative, nor have I received any follow-up after leaving multiple messages. This lack of customer service is not only frustrating but has become an embarrassment.Should I provide a detailed ledger documenting all of ********************* efforts to contact Verisk up to today, March 17th, 2025? The time and resources **** invested into trying to communicate with your company have easily exceeded 50% of the total amount of your invoice to ***** the Director of Billing, I would expect more transparency and accessibility, but it seems nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. Could you please provide me with the contact information for *** ******, including his email address and direct phone number? Or better yet, could you let me know how to reach ******* Card ******* to discuss the complete lack of communication from your team?I have been a loyal client of Verisk for over 20 years, but unfortunately, your service has only declined, and we are left with no other options, as your software has become the industry standard. That said, I am requesting the direct contact information for a person who can have a meaningful conversation with me about our questions, concerns, and the ongoing issues.I expect a prompt response without delay. **

      Program arbitrarily dismisses your password and won't allow you to log in, locking you out after about 5 tries with refusal to accept your password. Then if you try to contact customer service without logging in (which you cannot do because your locked out) then they want to charge you $20 for tech support to figure out why you can't log in.

      Always crashes, poor customer service , have been waiting almost 6 months for a fix since there software update now lags and is slow
