    Though there are many negative reviews I figured I would leave my two cents on the company and bag I ordered. A lot of people mentioned that they never received their bag which definitely steered me away from the company but I received mine with no problem (there is hope!). As for the shipping it took roughly 1 month to arrive after the initial purchase (about 1-2 weeks to receive a tracking number). The backpack itself shipped from ********* which definitely threw me off but also not surprised as youre not actually charged any tax for the item. Besides that the bag (Errant Pack) is actually great quality and I definitely dont regret my purchase (fingers crossed). As for customer service I cant speak to this since I never had the need to reach out to them but Ive heard theyre not very helpful. The only downside of this company for me has been its lack of transparency in terms of shipping origin but besides that I think the bag was fine. But I would definitely recommend looking at other bags before pulling the trigger as you can definitely find great $100 bags and cheaper that will do you the same level of justice. Hopefully this helps anyone in their search for a backpack.
