    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services I received at Diesel United.I brought my truck to your shop for repairs and paid a total of $5,300. However, despite this significant payment, my truck was not properly repaired, and the issues remained ************* further address this, I took my truck to another service provider, ***** Product, where they not only diagnosed the problem correctly but also quoted me a much lower price for the necessary repairs. This leads me to believe that I was overcharged and that your service was not only inadequate but also misleading.I am requesting the following actions:A full refund of the $5,300 paid for services that were not completed.A detailed explanation of the charges and what was done to my vehicle, as I believe I was charged for services that were never rendered.
