    Ordered from Olive and Cocoa on August *******. After placing the order and wanting the shipment within a few days , it states it wont be delivered until a week later. Well I go with that but its been a week and still no delivery. Ridiculous!! It was for a friend having surgery and this is unacceptable! The website still saysin transit! I tried calling the number for customer service and they state that the office is closed!!! Would not recommend this business! ****

    Absolutely, positively, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Ordered a gift FAR in advance of my parent's anniversary. Was never notified that it shipped, so I reached out to CS. They informed me that it HAD shipped, and, in fact, had also been delivered. ***, my parents hadn't said anything about it. So, I reached out to my mom and had her check all around her house, under the porch, under the back deck, and with the neighbors. Nothing was there. So I reached out to CS again for the actual tracking number - which indicated that it had NOT been delivered, and was also going to arrive a week after the specific date I chose. When I reached back out to them to let them know that they misinformed me, made my mom go on a wild goose chase, and that the shipping was late (shipping was almost $40 alone!!) they just never returned my request for a refund (of just the shipping). Never ever received another response. I wasn't rude when reaching out to them, I know its an imperfect business, but CS is there to do exactly that...provide CUSTOMER. SERVICE. Ridiculous. I wanted to veer away from ************* because they can be so boring, but I guess I learned my ****** and won't be ordering from O&C again.

    I feel like I need to average out the stars. Every company gift we sent out wowed the recipient and today the boss got one too. OVER THE ***** Our rep ******* is awesome and I can't wait for the rest of the shipments to go out.
