Bought a old west firearm, bearman changed their name to that do people dont know its made by them, shot 20 rounds through the gun and only half of the time it fired, also the trigger gaurd s**** would not thread in due to the trigger gaurd not being made right. I emailed the company and told them the problems, they said that they would send the parts to fix it in the mail, and if that didnt work i could send it in. Well i never received the parts and i sent multiple other emails with no reply. This company is terrible.

I bought this pistol from rural king in 2021. I tried shooting it in 2022 and out of a box of 50 rounds it only fired 4 rounds. I took it back to rural king and they sent it back to Bearman in and it's been over 4 months and haven't heard anything on it. I've called rural king several times and they say they haven't heard anything. This looks bad on rural king for selling this junk. I would rather have my money back and buying something that is not junk

Junk Guns. Misfires, poor construction, firing pins are junk, customer service might as well be nonexistent, no return calls I suggest any future buyers heed this warning. Buyer beware

************ 6-17-2017 i had a cobra brand 38. i drop it 6 inch from the ground while i was kneeling in my garage, now it was on fully in the safety position the gun went off shot me through the calf then ricochet of the floor into my thigh in to my abs up into my upper back lower intestine an colon surgery the bullet still there can't be removed.. state police said it jam on safe just 1 bullet went off, My lawyers have a law suit against cobra and it also went to the Federal Judge, the gun was send to the *** Gunsmith an he redeem it was unsafe an unsafe to sale, the Federal Judge set my settlement for cobra to pay but guess what he quit paying the insurance on the company, hope you all know it he bought ***** Industry an just change the stamp to Cobra without any modifications to the gun at all. So it was me that put Cobra in Bankruptcy, He the Owner change the name to Bearman he redone the safety an modify the gun you see he still hasn't paid any settlement by the court,2 other people got shot by this gun cause of the safety on it , now it a get by system you make a product it hurts someone you don't pay . i hope one Day you Burn. I hope this other Company doe's better . YOU AT BEARMAN NEED PAY UP ON YOUR WRONG>

We sent a firearm to them for warranty review, and we can't get it back. They claim they shipped it to us but can't provide a tracking number. Numerous emails have gone unanswered. This was the former Cobra brand that is now Old West Firearms. They've had quite a few owners who claim they will improve on the products, but it hasn't happened in the 8+ years we had our shop. EVERY model we have had has needed warranty work. It is truly sad when you cannot get even one firearm to work as it should out of the box. They are banned from being sold on our website. These reviews tell the story... a sad story indeed.
