    I placed an order for the TR1200-GlowUp Under Desk Treadmill on Sep 28, 2024. On the website it said shipping mid Oct. During the first week of Nov 2024 I phoned to ask the status of my order. I was told that it would be shipped mid Nov. As of today, Nov 27, I still have not received my $1600.00 ( reg price, ship, taxes, and 3 yrs serv plan) order. On both 11/26 and 11/27, I called their phone number. There is now a recording that says that number is currently out of service. What?I? Just last Friday they sent out e-mail ads and placed ads on their website and social media accounts about their big Black Friday Sale from Nov 25 - Dec 1, 2024 where they say that their treadmills are all back in-stock. The treadmill I bought, and still don't have, is now $999 with free shipping ( I paid $250 shipping ). ---- I also tried the chat bot, on their website. I asked where my order is. All I get back are automated responses from the Gorgias Bot they are using saying that someone will get back to me within a few hours....NOTHING. ---- I am a repeat customer and bought the same treadmill back in 2021. I also bought some parts in June 2024 which were shipped promptly. ----- I have no problem walking outside. However, I live in a rural area with no sidewalks. Even with a fluorescent vest on, I am almost hit by passing vehicles playing chicken with me as I jump in the bushes. I really need to walk inside so that I can work on my laptop and stay alive. ---- I don't know what is happening with this company. I just need the treadmill I ordered.

    I have a TR4000i. I need to do a factory reset of the machine. I went through their user manual and there is no information describing how to perform this basic task. So I went to their website to get access to customer support. I clicked on the "Contact Us" page where they state: "Our primary mode of support is via email." But there is no email address listed anywhere on their site. So I called the phone number provided. And I got: "This number is currently not in service. Please try again later." ************ is all about sales - not support. Stay away!

    This company has poor service and removes negative reviews from the site. I purchased the treadmill desk combo TR1200 Omnidesk on 10/26/23 and as of 1/31/24 having issues which require replacement of parts to operate the desk. After multiple emails and a call, tech support is no more than someone emailing you a copy paste from the trouble shooting guide you already have. As of today, there's no clear timing of when Ill have parts or ************* the hub fails, the desk is inoperable. There is no manual default or alternative to adjust it. App and other features dont work as expected and paint on the desk has also randomly started chipping. Overall just a very bad experience and quality for the amount of money spent.

    I ordered one treadmill for my WFH setup with the possibility of ordered more for the rest of my office. Sales rep did not show up for my first scheduled call, and instead emailed me 5 minutes into our scheduled time to push it back one hour. Very unprofessional. So, I ordered my one treadmill, and the sales rep informed me it should ship within 2 business days. After 4 business days, the rep seems to be ignoring me with regards to the tracking info. I suspect it has not shipped yet. We will likely be ordering from a competitor in the future.

    The customer placed an order on May 18, 2023 (Thursday). Since LifeSpan operates from Monday to Friday, the order was processed and shipped on Monday, May 22, 2023. The customer received his order on May 30, 2023, which is within the time frame of our delivery, which is 10 to 21 business days as indicated on our website.*************************************************************

    Ordered a treadmill and was working fine until I received a message that I needed to lube the belt. The message won't go away no matter what buttons I press. The user manual instructions do NOT work, there's no phone number to call. This company is such a scam.

    As several others have reported customer support is not available. I have tried contacting Lifespan customer support phone number, website chat no response. I purchased the TR1200i and the Bluetooth does not work, treadmill speed is not correct and motor makes a loud noise. I took want a full refund. And Buyer Beware

    I purchased a TR5500i in January and have had nothing but issues. The machine randomly shut off and the control panel was fluky. The speed and incline would randomly slow down to .5 mph or shut down. The customer service line is never answered. I have been trying to return it for days and I'm sure they're waiting 'til my 30 day return window is up. I left several messages via phone and emailed several times. They receive an "F" from me!

    Lifespan Fitness customer service is rotten. My treadmill I bought from them the ****i, was giving me problems from the first day.1. Didn't come from the factory lubricated. The treadmill deck was as dry as a desert.2. The motor is not synchronized properly or not strong enough for it's rated **** hp. Takes forever to get to speed set and it has awful transitions from speed changes and you have to brace your self for its whacky transmission kicks it gives you.3. The side rails are as slippery as a ice rink. I had to add tread tape to them so I don't fly off the treadmill when I want to take a break. 4. There's not much good to say here. I'm disappointed with the product, cost me around $2400 all in to buy and **************. The treadmill screen is nice, but why can you not upload programs on the app they have so you don't have to mess around with the touch screen they use that is not very comfortable because of it's placement. The treadmill belt seems to be of a good quality, but there's very little natural grip on it and unless your sneakers have excellent tread to them, you don't feel real good about running on it. The deck's suspension is above average but nothing to write home about especially not at the price tage for this machine. 5. They have no phone number to contact them direct. The customer service team has not responded to my emails, and Ive sent them three about the motor. I had to fix the machine myself because the motor wasn't working properly.Needless to say; When I am in the market to buy a new treadmill after I run this one through its lifespan, (pun intended) I will not be buying a lifespan fitness treadmill. Or any product from them.

    I ordered top of the line. I got a treadmill desk. I also got an exercise ball. When it arrived, the ball was covered in grease, which stained my carpet. It would also not inflate (all the pieces to inflate were broken). That's when the weirdness started. I thought I'd just get a return, no big deal. I chat botted, I emailed, I phoned... nothing. It has been 25 days and their return policy is 30. I even set a time with a sales rep and he did not show. I've also read that the old management that made this product great has walked out. I believe that this company is in economic free fall and selling equipment that they have no intention of servicing. Review sites are now no longer recommending this company. BUYERS BEWARE. They have no intention of offering you ANY customer service on a very expensive product.
