    I discovered the Balanced Runner and the Mind your Running Challenge in 2019. I struggled with my running because of so many imbalances and overuse injuries. I worked with running form coach, with no success. I learned about Jae Gruenke and The Balanced Runner. After the first lesson, the impact on my running was profound. I felt an ease of movement that I hadn’t experienced before. I then continued with Balanced Runner for life, group coaching, and one on one with Jae. It has changed everything about my running experience and enjoyment. I sought help with my running because strength training and drills were not getting me where I needed to be as a runner. I have improved as a runner not only in my enjoyment but the fact that I have improved my race times as well. Jae provides many avenues for assessing a runner’s needs and providing them with the content in lessons to help a runner achieve their potential. She provides incredible and timely access to her through her online community forum, regular question and answer sessions, zoom lessons, and different options to work one on one. She understands the human body and movement and she can provide analysis of what makes for good running form. She is effective because of her ability to teach and guide her students through the movements that will help them achieve better movement patterns. I recommend Jae and the Balanced Runner to everyone I meet! So happy to have found her!
