"I have an auto loan through this bank I advised years ago I was moving to ****************** stated we would have no issue registering the car in ********* The car is not able to be registered due to the bank refusing to provide title to state of ********* I have reached out and was advised they can not help and to contact the *** after talking to the *** they told me I am unable to be helped due to the bank owning the title and they must send the request so far I have been met with hostility and no one able to assist I can not register the car and it was due in April"
