My former law firm contracted with FileVine and LeadDocket for services that, to date, still do not function. When I carried the services through to my own firm, they still cannot fix the most basic of issues resulting in a dispute. They have gone so far as to shut off the service with our clients' information in there while in the middle of a billing dispute that was their fault in the first place. From a substantive perspective, it's a very poorly designed case management software program that does not work with ***** and ********** cannot organize things normally, and you still have to do a substantial amount of work outside the program, creating a lot of repeat work for your legal staff. Would not recommend on any level. You are better off utilizing your ********* Suite.

They get you to sign a minimum two year agreement. They talk about how great the features are and the customer service is always there. Then when nothing works you can't reach customer service. Then when you say that you want to cancel they just continue to invoice you. Go with another software for your firm. Small or large, this is not the software for you.

This company operates a bait and switch case management software. Promises a dozen features but not even half of them work or are reliable. For example, ******** never seems to work. Saving emails to Filevine does not work half the time. They could not get faxes up and running after 6 months of waiting. I couldn't even use the program because they had to "build it" for my particular practice and it took them about 6 months, even though I was promised that it would be up and running in a couple of months. They then refused to cancel my contract despite nothing working as promised. Stay away at all costs.

Filevine it appears owns Vinesign.com. It is alot like Docusign. They sent me a form to sign which I held off on signing due to the fact that the print was so small I could not read nor blow up. And I could not even print the document. I was concerned about the time allowed for me to sign so I went ahead and signed. Once I sign the document it was readable and printable. I was not to happy with how this document read and would not of signed if I was able to read beforehand. They describe Vinesign.com as a "e-signature for legal professionals with a game changing advantage. I certainty agree to that. I guess I am still learning the hard way. And want to warn the public of this company operates. Beware
