    I brought my computer in late Thursday for constant crashes that I couldn't diagnose myself, I needed the computer for homework and was in a rush. Expecting a diagnosis by Friday, I was informed the *** needed replacement and was quoted about $700. I agreed to the repair, expecting completion by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.However, Tuesday passed with no updates. After I called them, they informed me the part was delayed until Thursday. I understand things happen, so I patiently wait. On Thursday, I heard nothing until I called around 2 PM. They confirmed the part arrived and would be ready in 30 minutes. Since I was 40 minutes away, I told them that I would be there ASAP. They then informed me when I got there that there was a mistake and that it was someone else's computer that was ready and not mine. They then informed me that the repair would most likely be finished sometime on Saturday. Being pushed from Tuesday to Thursday and then to Saturday was extremely disappointing. I found this unacceptable, as I could have sourced the part faster on my own. Opting to take my computer, they then claimed it would be ready in an hour after magically finding the needed part "in their back room." After further delays (it was not done in the quoted hour) and miscommunication about a more expensive part, I spent almost $1000, significantly above the initial quote.Returning home, the computer still crashed frequently, even worse than before. I asked them for a refund, and they have been dragging their feet with getting me my refund back after then also telling me I needed to pay an additional $135 for "diagnostics and labor." I put more labor into self-diagnosing the device than they did over their week with my machine.
