    Once you chunk down a bunch of money the service is terrible. Up to that point they are very accommodating. The "designer" they are not designers, they know how to run programs on the computer, they fit the kitchen to what they can do on the computer not what you want. At one point it became apparent the "designer" had miss measured and the cabinet had to be redone, they made me pay $1,400 more for their mistake to get the new size cabinet. Also, the "designer" said he would throw in a couple of items for free, I was charged for them. Also, the ****** cabinets they put in are terrible, there are streak marks in the stain as well as finger prints. They told me not to worry about it, when things where all done they'd send some out to fix those, they sent a guy with a piece of steel wool and a brown marker. Trust me, it didn't fix the issue. I would never recommend them to anyone, if you haven't put money down yet or even if you have, RUN as fast as you can and find a reputable cabinet maker, they are not it.
