SameDay heating and air ignored my request to replace my circuit breaker and installed a hard start kit without ever once looking at the circuit breaker in question. The hard start kit effectively destroyed my 3yr old compressor motor in about 3 hours. This company didnt listen to my service request and made a horrible inaccurate assessment costing me thousands of dollars. They denied any responsibility. This company is dishonest and certainly doesn't care about doing the right thing for its customers.

We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating AC issues can be. However, wed like to clarify the situation. As we have previously discussed with you, when you reached out to us, your AC was repeatedly tripping the breaker. While the breaker was part of the issue, our diagnosis revealed that the compressor was overamping, indicating a deeper problem.
To help extend the life of your compressor, you approved the installation of a hard start kit, which is a common solution for such cases. Unfortunately, considering the compressor was already compromised, its failure was not caused by the hard start kit. While we understand your frustration, we stand by our professional assessment and our efforts to assist you.
