    I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a pre workout 18oz and received 9oz. The 18oz of pre workout was pictured and paid for, but without my agreement they charged the same price as advertised, but sent a container with half the product. When I called the customer service rep said it was the same amount of product just in smaller container. When I called back to let them know this is even labeled as less product they now said it is because it now has no sugar but that you get the same ingredients and same amount of servings, although the packaging says it is half the servings as advertised. The rep said this is a mistake they made on the packaging label, but never once apologized or offered to make good on my purchase as advertised. Therefore I have spent over $120 and received half the product. This appears to me that they are trying to get the same money, but send less product. I will never purchase any of their products again. Would never recommend.
