    We originally hired ****** and his team to do all the finish work in our new home. While he did a nice job executing that, his team, while building shelves in our master closet, carelessly put finish nails through our wall and into our copper shower pipe. 1 year later I noticed mold in the ceiling below. We had a team come out to fix the issues ASAP bc of the urgency to get mold remediated. We paid the water damage team to complete the work. ****** pleaded with me to go directly through him and not his insurance, to fix the drywall and he would cover all Charges associated with the mistake. He promised he would reimburse us and make everything right. It had been 6 months and ****** has yet to send a check. He now claims it wasnt his team that did that, wont return calls, and keeps coming up with more excuses, but still says he will send a check. ***** disappointing that I trusted his character to make this right, and now we are out $4500 bc he wont make good on his promise. He also never returned to complete the painting from where tear out needed to be done. Do not hire this company for work.
