      I had a terrible experience with B&L Custom Computers, specifically with *****. I purchased a computer that arrived in an unmarked box without any plastic or wrapping, indicating it wasn't new. Just 3 hours after setting it up, it crashed. I returned it and requested a brand-new computer, only to find that the same model was available elsewhere for $500 less.***** claimed he fixed the computer, but it crashed again with a different error code. Despite returning the computer and its accessories, I have yet to receive my money back. I no longer trust this company and strongly advise against doing business with them. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your computer needs.
