bought an airsoap 2 years ago and when it stopped working and since its been past 2 years already, they wont even try to repair it. That goes to show how bad their product. they just want you to throw it away and buy a new one. come to think of it how expensive it is. buy from another company. their product is junk.

There is no one available at any number. There is no response to email., tweets, ******** messages, NOTHING. My homesoap is covered in this sticky soot and arcs when it's on. Constantly. It sounds as if sparks should be flying out of it. I have returned the first one to get "repaired". I had to pay to ship it myself because they wouldn't send the first label. It cost $45 and There was only "clean up" done on it. But it was finally returned. I received the initial home soap back. Guess what? It happened again within a week. I have tried for months and months to get this resolved. They will not allow me to return it. They will not offer a refund. My attempts were ignored until after the window closed for any return or refund or anything was done by phonesoap. This time? They responded via ******** messenger. I provided all my info twice and received a response I was getting a label via email that never came. Not in any folder. This company is lousy. Their product doesn't work. They have horrid customer service. Want to eliminate germs in your home? To stay safe? To clean the air? Hopefully your house doesn't catch on fire and burn to the ground because the home soap you purchased arcs and sparks DO fly out of yours. Consumers beware. This is a scam and they will just take your money. Shark Tank should be embarrassed. I know I am. I got duped. My recommendation is to purchase any other product you can. Don't buy this. You will likely regret it. I hope this saves you time, energy and money.

I attempted a return, but on the page to print the label, an error wouldnt let me do it. I could not start over because the site thinks the item is already being returned. And, the only way to communicate is via email, which has not received a reply. Unacceptable.
