      it's sometimes is frustrating when a parcel is in between different shippers and "disappears" for quite some time, but you just have to be patient. when I reached out to this company, they responded immediately and promised me to keep me updated. so they did. they got back with me, and their customer service is very friendly, to the point, and do not keep you waiting in the dark. My shipping experience is that the handing over of the parcels take quite some time, but my customer service experience with them is outstanding! thank you for keeping me informed and handling my case with attention and care!

      ordered something in mid November. was told I would receive it by 12/15. It is now December 22. My package tracking shows it has been sitting in the same spot for 12 days. I contacted their customer service after *********************************************************************************************************************************** Never heard from them again. This was a Christmas present. I see lots of apology notes on previous reviews. I don't want an apology: I want my order to arrive when promised.

      I'm very sorry for the delay. Amazon gave your package to ** on December 6th, and we shipped it to ****** very next day. We processed your package in our ****** warehouse on 10th, and we handed it over to the **** who makes a final delivery. Unfortunately, it was stuck at our warehouse for a couple of days and at the **** facility even more because of Holiday season's high volume. Also, I'm so sorry that our customer service agent didn't give you the updated information. Our record shows our customer service agent, **************, is the one who received your inquiry. She should have updated you about your package. According to the tracking, your package was picked up on December 24th, and we are hoping you received it on time.Please accept for our apology for the delay and our customer service. We will work hard to improve our service.

      Terrible company for handling high value items. Item gets scanned that it leaves a "ParcelPool" facility then dissappears. **** can't help and IB customer service is yet to get back to me.

According to our system, the package was tendered to the **** facility in **************************** on 12/2 but is yet to be processed by them. They are trying to move as many parcels as they can but due to limited transportation availability, it can be more difficult to accomplish. **** is trying to keep us updated on their movement as a daily chain of communication was set up. Once **** process the item, we should see the updated scans. As soon as that happens, our CS team will reach out to you directly to keep you informed.International Bridge strives to offer excellent customer service.       The mishandling of my package costed me my time and patience. I recieved other orders purchased the same day as the package handled by International Bridge except they were handled by a different shipping partner of Amazon. The other orders were delievered in the time frame standard shipping promises.It is now way passed the expected delivery date AND passed the revised late-delivery date. My package has not moved or changed in status despite the "minor delay" the customer service team at ********************** described to me. This "minor delay" has become a MAJOR problem for me.I've paid for standard shipping yet their "standard" doesen't meet the meaning that other shipping businesses uphold.
