    I took my ******** in for a simple oil and spark plug change, but told them about a jerking problem it had when accelerating. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. I was impressed by their friendliness and attention to detail. My car drives is a pleasure to drive now, thanks to them. I'll definitely be coming back!

    After charging $140 just to tell me what was wrong with my heat on the driver's side in my vehicle, they told me it would be more than $400 more to fix the problem. And that's if it was exactly what he thought it was. If there were any other surprises, it may cost more. I am a single mother and on disability to boot so needless to say it was going to take a bit of time until I saved enough. I mentioned the same problem to a friend of mine who has a mechanic friend. He took less than 4 minutes to move the stuck door that was preventing my heat for the coming winter. He only charged me $20. Now I know that the guys at DJ's could have given this disabled single mother heat, after all. And I even mentioned one of their customers that had referred me. It didn't matter one lick. Should have known they were only out for the money and don't care about Goodwill at all.
